Service nature
We provide private, commercial visa-assistance. Our fees are service fees for guidance, document pre-checking and expedited handling. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval or issuance by any authority.
No guarantees
Processing times are estimates subject to provider confirmation and availability. We do not promise guaranteed approval or issuance within a stated time, and we never claim government affiliation.
Pricing & payment
All applicable fees, including any surcharge, are displayed before checkout. We require 100% advance payment once an application is confirmed. Standard rates apply only to Hanoi (HAN); other entry points require a separate quotation.
Application references
An official application reference number is recorded and shared only after your application has actually been submitted to the provider. We never fabricate reference numbers or mark an application as submitted before submission occurs.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Incorrect passport details may require a new application at additional cost.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for authority decisions, delays outside our control, or travel losses.
