Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before submission
If you cancel before we have submitted your application to the provider, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee, less any processing already undertaken. Contact us promptly at sales@visaexpressvietnam.com.
After submission
Once an application has been submitted to the provider, fees are generally non-refundable because the work and third-party costs have been incurred. This includes cases of authority rejection, as the assistance service has been fully delivered.
Expedited services
Expedited fees reflect prioritised handling and provider availability; once expedited processing has begun they are non-refundable.
Corrections
The correction service fee (USD 20) is non-refundable once correction work has begun. Note corrections update only the internal system, as described in our Visa Correction Policy.
How refunds are issued
