VISA EXPRESS VIETNAM is operated by VietNomad Co., a private commercial visa-assistance service. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government authority.
Data we collect
To process a visa application we collect applicant name, nationality, contact details, passport number and dates, uploaded passport bio-data page and photograph, travel dates, and your selected service.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to prepare, submit and support your visa application and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.
Document security & access
Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised staff through authenticated access. Passport data is never made publicly accessible and is never exposed through tracking links, analytics or application logs.
Data retention & deletion
We retain application data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at sales@visaexpressvietnam.com.
