Entry-point restriction. These standard rates apply strictly to entry through Hanoi — Noi Bai International Airport (HAN). For Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang or other entry points, we require a separate quotation and confirmation before any payment.
Submission cut-off & processing
- • India cut-off: 4:00 PM (Vietnam equivalent 5:30 PM / ICT).
- • Standard processing: 3–4 working days, subject to provider confirmation.
- • The submission date counts as Day 1 for complete applications received before the cut-off.
- • Weekends and applicable public holidays do not count towards standard processing.
